Stereosonic 2010

In an attempt to surpass the monolithic efforts of their 2009 events, which saw Deadmau5, The Bloody Beetroots and more descend on Australian punters, the organisers behind the beloved Stereosonic festival have blown out proceedings for their 2010 tour, with a jaw-dropping lineup that’s crammed full with some of dance music’s biggest and brightest stars.

So just how big is this year’s Stereosonic? Well, if the recently revealed headliner Tiesto wasn’t a good enough indication, at last we have the full, overflowing lineup to drool over in delirious anticipation of Stereosonic’s arrival.

As well as the big Dutchman, Tiesto, this year’s festival will play host to a staggeringly diverse range of artists, from tried-and-tested festival favourites like Carl Cox and Sebastien Ingrosso to attention grabbers like Major Lazer and Calvin Harris as well as plenty of artists that’ve dogged Australian audiences for too long now and will surely get fans excited like Ricardo Villalobos and Jeff Mills.

This year’s Stereosonic will also feature a heightened range of tasty live performances from the across the board featuring Swedish electro-pop phenom Robyn, UK grime emissary Wiley, dubstepper Caspa and Giuseppe Ottaviani busting out his GO! Live spectacle.

But that’s really just scratching the surface of this year’s lineup and the only way to fully take it all in is to, well, take it all in with the immense lineup below. This is the big one, boys and girls, it’s time to start getting excited!
